on the upper lip hair, is the hair grow back thicker or darker?
@mmaineng1 No, the hair grows back lighter … If at all. Looks like my upper lip hair is almos gone now!!
Hey thanks for the videos. Last video u said u were going red after the session. I am also doing laser and I’m finding for about 7 days after I have pimples coming up. How long do yours last? And what do u do to stop this itchy red pimples. Thanks
@JKbar91 I’m so sorry to hear that you are also experiencing the red itchy bumps, etc. That part is a drag!! (But worth it in the end!) Mine lasts at least a full week — sometimes longer. I have used ice packs, aloe vera with lidocaine to help numb it, hydrocortizone creams and sitting on my hands!! I don’t know if you’re allergic to any of that stuff — so, be careful if you try any of it. But, the aloe with lidocaine probably helped me the most.
@myspicylife Thanks for your prompt reply. Ill see how i go, iv been putting aloe vera on regularly.
Keep up the good work with the videos.
@JKbar91 You know, a lot of people find that aloe breaks them out — so, be careful with the aloe. If you find that it’s not working too well, maybe try something else or check with your esthetician or doctor. I don’t want you to be uncomfortable! : ) Good luck!
Your video’s are so helpful. I’ve wanted laser hair removal since forever, I’m just not brave enuf yet. I’ll definately be waiting to see how your 4th session goes, but your positive results are encouraging me to finally go
@myspicylife Thanks, stopped using the aloe, and it seems less oily, couldve had the bad breakout from that. Not sure, pimples are stil there though and slowly going away. Thanks for your help.
@essy0es Thanks for the encouragement! I’m so glad that you’re watching! Anything unknown can be scary — but usually things turn out to be not as bad as you thought they would be. That’s why I’m documenting this on YouTube. Keep me posted if you decide to go through with it! Good luck!
@JKbar91 Glad to hear it!!
So, are you glad you did it!? Was it worth it and would you also recommend it for guys for their back or any other areas? Look forward to your next update next week!
@Ghostman022 So far, yes, I’m glad I’ve done it. I will be especially interested to know how the hair growth/non-growth is a year after I finish my treatments — but I’ll keep updating — so stay tuned!! I really can’t give an opinion for men’s hair – though I can only imagine it’s the same. I do know that dark hair and fair skin are the best combination for this laser to work well — so you might want to have an esthetician take a look and let you know what the think! Good luck!
